They are also in charge of the safety and comfort of passengers and can intervene in normal and emergency situation on an Air Craft.

Diploma in Cabin Crew / Airhostess Training is a 12 month programme and is designed to prepare our students to become a flight attendant using an international concept.
Today’s flight attendants are highly trained, highly skilled, and focus on safety as the core of their job function.
Diploma in Cabin Crew / Airhostess Training programme encourages you to develop career-related skills, knowledge and behaviors to effectively perform a variety of functions required to provide passenger safety and exceptional passenger service as you work in the airline, hospitality and travel industry.
Upon completion of this program the successful student will have developed various career-related skills, knowledge and behaviors to effectively perform a variety of functions required in providing passenger safety and services specific to the aviation industry.
Each student will have demonstrated the knowledge and skills in: world geography and cultures, basic knowledge of aviation, the roles and responsibilities of aviation related personnel, safety and emergency procedures, different aircraft types, various types of drills, aviation first aid, in-flight services, hospitality and travel.

METHOD OF EVALUATION
Students’ progress in the program is measured by their successful completion of the courses listed in the program outlines. A minimum of 60% on all course tests, as well as each assessment component of the courses, is required to successfully complete the program.
