Air Fares & Air Ticketing is a process of providing a document by the airline to confirm the seating of the individual. Air Ticketing representatives are responsible for handling ticker reservations, cancelations, alterations and informing customers when a flight is delayed or cancelled. With the new Airlines entering the market and the revival of the old airlines there is a huge demand for elite, trained and skilled professionals in the industry.
This course equips an individual with the necessary skills to become an efficient professional to perform the high end skilled responsibilities.
Upon completion of this program the successful student will have developed various career-related skills, knowledge and behaviors to effectively perform a variety of functions required to provide a document by the airline to confirm the seating of the individual. METHOD OF EVALUATION
Students’ progress in the program is measured by their successful completion of the courses listed in the program outlines. A minimum of 60% on all course tests, as well as each assessment component of the courses, is required to successfully complete the program.
