GROOMING STANDARDS

LADIES

• Make up to be worn at all times. (Foundation, blush. Eye shadow, eyeliner. Mascara & lipstick)
• Makeup should be subtle and complement your skin tone and uniform. It should enhance your natural features rather than be too noticeable.
• Girls with long hair should wear a bun slightly above the nape of the neck with the black fish net only.
• Short hair should be two fingers above the nape, straight and neatly maintained. Should be clipped in place.
• Clips should be black in colour. No fancy clips allowed.
• No fancy hair colour permitted if done the shade should be maximum two shades lighter than original shade.
• Streaking of hair is not permitted.
• Finger nails should be manicured neatly cut and clean. Pearl white shade for polish is only permitted. Toe nails should be maintained clean at all the times.
• Jewelry should be minimal and understated. Earrings should be no larger than a 50ct Swiss coin, and should be a matched set. Dangling or extreme styles are not acceptable.
• Only pearl studs are permitted and multiple piercings are not allowed.
• Only one ring permitted.
• No smart watches allowed.
• Religious threads not permitted.
• Tattoos not permitted. No Mehendi permitted
• No bracelets permitted.
• Uniforms should be clean, ironed and well-fitted. Avoid wearing anything too casual or revealing.
• A pleasant scent can create a positive first impression, but it shouldn’t be too strong or overpowering.
• Shoes should be neatly polished and in good repair, stilettos are not permitted.
• Good hygiene is essential. This includes showering regularly, brushing your teeth, and using deodorant.

GENTLEMAN

• Short and well-groomed hair – should not touch fore head or the ear.
• Hair at nape should be neatly cut and should not fall on the collar. Streaking of hair is not permitted.
• Side burns should not be shorter than top of the ear.
• Neatly shaved with no stubble.
• Beard due to religious reason should be suitably maintained.
• Nails should be clean and trimmed.
• Avoid foods, tobacco, alcohol, and coffee that may leave breath odor.
• Shower or bathe daily and use deodorant.
• Turbans should be black.
• Wear a clean, well-fitted uniform. Smart and simple belt, no more than 1.5 inch wide.
• Use a light perfume that matches your personality. Avoid strong or overpowering scents.
• Tie should be worn such, that the tip of the tie reaches the middle of the belt buckle, with a neatly tied knot like a full Windsor, keeping the tie relatively straight and not too loose, ensuring the width of the tie is appropriate for their suit lapel, and choosing colors that are conservative and complementary to the shirt
• Watches should be simple and conservative, not flashy or too large. Leather straps should be black, brown, or tan, and metallic straps should be gold or silver
• Jewelry/ornaments/cosmetics of any kind are not permitted.
• Black shoes should be oxford style, well-polished and in good condition.
• General personal hygiene should be maintained and perfumes, deodorants should be mild and used sparingly.
• No Tattoos permitted.
